Pussy Riot [VIDEO] to prison colony. MOSCOW—A lawyer for the two jailed Pussy Riot band members says they have been transferred to prison colonies hundreds of miles from Moscow to serve their sentence.
Nadezhda Tolokonnikova was sent to a prison in the Mordovia republic and
Maria Alyokhina was sent to one in the Perm region Saturday, their attorney Mark
Feygin said and group announced on Twitter.
"These are the most brutal colonies of all possible options," it said.
