Smoked water craze

Smoked water craze [PHOTO]. Star chefs and glitzy bars are fuelling the latest dining craze – smoked water. When it comes to cooking, there are as many fads as there are foods.

Chefs come up with treats such as savory ice creams, use liquid nitrogen to flash-freeze and shatter ingredients, and blast liquids with carbon dioxide to create a flavorful foams.
